What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Before we ship the goods,will check hardware one by one in case any quality problem. When you received the goods and find any demage,pls refuse to sign the package. If you already signed the package and find any defect,pls take photos(products photo and package photo)to me. If the defect is about the quality,we can re-ship the goods free. If the defect is because of the shipping,we will contact Fedex and let them re-ship the goods free. So pls help offer us detailed photos to who's responsible for the defect goods.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Sure we do! But pls e-mail me first where you want the goods to be ship,so we can check if it will course extra shipping cost. For example:Russia,the goods only can be sent by EMS and also have package length limit(1m). Our sliding rail length is 2m,so we can not ship goods to Russia.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If we have goods in stock,we will ship the goods within two workdays. We are using HongKong Fedex IE,so the goods need to be sent to Hongkong first,which need about 1-2 days,then we can get the tracking no. After we get the tracking no.the goods will be deliveried within 5-7 work days.
